Thank you for shopping with Wild Wild West. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return eligible items under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in “sell-able” condition.
- Excluded Goods:
- Custom-cut or bespoke items (e.g. boards cut to specific dimensions)
- Special-order or discontinued products
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Hazardous materials (e.g. certain adhesives, sealants once opened)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email returns@wild-wild-west.co.uk or call 07838453106 with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Return Authorization: We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Pack & Ship:
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
- Ship items back to:

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping—Wild Wild West is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Restocking Fee: A 10 % restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover handling and inspection.
- Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use or damage beyond manufacturing defects, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or specification:
- Follow the return process above.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
- Once your return is processed, your refund will issue automatically—no need to wait before reordering.
6. Warranty Claims
Returns due to manufacturer defects or warranty issues are handled separately:
- Warranty Period: Refer to the product’s warranty documentation (typically 1 year for most goods).
- Claim Process: Contact warranty@wild-wild-west.co.uk with photos and a description of the defect. We will assess and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
